Recently I got sucked into what is known as ELO hell, having started off Season 3 with a 15 win lead, I started meeting the vigilante summoners with weird builds (likely people trying to find a loophole with the new items), nonetheless, I had a horrible losing streak that I've only been able to even out after 100 games.

My Primary build is AP, though I play every lane, it's come to my attention that it's very determental to have a experienced support especially if your ELO is stuck at 900-1000.

Why?

Well more than less summoners would agree with me that a fed ADC is GG, if you are focussed on a team game and want to have the most control of the match outcome, your best chances are as the Carry or Support, whether or not you are an amazing Mid or Top will not matter if your support doesn't know what their doing, Jungler's can help protect but Supports can help the entire team (especially Sona - a walking Aura).
