Further you mention Greater Glyph of Ability Power in the Rune section but present Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power in the Cheat Sheet. Besides Greater Glyph of Magic Resist is a high recommend choice or at least alternative.
Deathfire Grasp:I'm not really a fan of this Item but this item makes you kill enemies faster.
Just an example to elucidate that your guide lacks of information in many sections. When you talk about the item you should really mention when to use its active etc.
Maybe think of adding a Matchup section and explain how to roam with Fizz (what makes him so strong) if you want to convert you short guide into an in depth guide ...
I hope I could help you rudimentarily!
Uh, no. You have one of the best teamfight initiation tools in the game for an AP mid, second only to the likes of Command: Shockwave/ Explosive Cask. You're rushing Zhonya's after lich bane anyway, you'll be safe even if you go balls deep.
Also, Galio is an easy lane (like most melee mids who aren't Diana or Zed), all his skillshots are slow and you can dodge them. Track his cooldowns and bully him when his skills are unavailable. Just don't whack him when Bulwark is available since your DoT will heal him; when it's off cooldown Galio can't do anything to you if he as much as wanders in Q range. The only way for you to not get a kill on him in laning phase is if their jungler is camping mid and yours isn't (which really shouldn't happen because they have mid Galio).

Be sure to increase your number of situational items in both defense and offense, as Fizz is both a fighter and a mage, making him viable with multiple items and combos.
