Tank Nasus FTW

You want to try and Farm your Q as much as possible early game, thanks to the passive on it, it can get pretty nasty mid-late game. You get Wither second simply because you are taking away the enemy's escapeablility; this helps great if you are trying to set up a kill for yourself or lane partner. The last game I played with this build I finished 11/2/12 in 45 minutes. By this point in the game you have a good central build made that

Items

You want to try and rush the Warmog just because it is great health and gives you the ability to tank easily by level 7-8. After the Warmog follow with your boots immediately, this helps getting to and away from team engagements. Frozen mallet is great because with the Mallet's slowing ability and wither the target doesn't get away without alley help, flash,or ghost (which doesn't always work). The Trinity Force is, well, a trinity force. Awesome item to have to give you a edge over most opponents. With these items the last 2 are optional and by this point in the game you have either won, or about to; either way the sunfire cape is good for the armor and magic damage while the atma's is for bonus damage ( what your Siphoning Strike doesn't finish the atma's will).

Summoner Spells

Okay, so I have heard that surge is a "okay" ability to have on him, it's great. Surge helps with attack speed and damage and is great when used with your ult. Ignite is good when fighting Champions with heal or any form of life steal and helps seal a kill.
