WOW It has been more than a year since i made this guide
and since that i've climbed from bronze 1 to gold in season 6 using this guide
IT'S SEASON 7 NOW i'm gold and still climbing with this build ;) >
Hello, I'm OT and this my first guide and i'm trying new builds and items on Elise so when i finish the guide it will be the best possible guide i can make
I hope my guide helps u in your way to challenger ;)
and in our way to make our Queen popular again

open your W Volatile Spiderling/ Skittering Frenzy first because it helps you in finishing your first camp faster due to the attack speed
Max Q Neurotoxin/ Venomous Bite because it's your main damage skill and make you secure kills 3:) easier
Then max your W Volatile Spiderling/ Skittering Frenzy because it's your secondary damage skill
BUT IF YOU ARE BEHIND AND YOU ARE GOING TO PLAY MORE LIKE DEFENSIVE
max your E Cocoon/ Rappel after maxing W to make the cooldown less , increase the stun duration and be more useful in the game than doing unnoticeable damage
Always put point on you R Spider Form when possible to increase the number of your baby lovely scary*** spiderlings

Greater Quintessence of Ability Power: no other quintessence will be bettter
Greater Glyph of Ability Power: to give Elise more power and make her fierce
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration: is more than good
Greater Seal of Armor: NO debut about the importance of armor seals
I find this runes better than playing with Greater Mark of Attack Speed because Greater Mark of Magic Penetration is better in every interval of the game and your Skittering Frenzy provides you with more than enough attack speed u need but u can change it if your playing style is about spending more time in jungle than out of it
you can also change the Greater Glyph of Ability Power with Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
and there is no debut about the Greater Seal of Armor
from the experience i got of trying different runes this is the most comfortable one to play with

Why this masteries
simple I've tried too many masteries and this is the most comfortable one to play
first in ferocity: i prefer Sorcery because u only need attack speed in the spider form and your W Skittering Frenzy provides u great attack speed (in the spider form).
Expose Weakness is the best choice because you are a jungler so most of the time u r not going 1v1 so it will be useful and better in ganks .
Natural Talent because your passive provides u enough life steal .

Creeping / Jungling

Usually i prefer to start at blue if it is in bot side because u can easily finish on gromp after it so that you get level 3 when u finish on red buff and go for early gank to top lane and you can get Firstblood easily or invade the enemy's jungle side (ask your midlaner to keep an eye on you and to follow his laner if he is coming to you)
IF red buff is in bot then u can start red > ward your blue > finish wolf camp > get blue > gromp > rift scuttler then go for a gank in top or mid
Rift Scuttler is important as it gives u and your teammates vision over the river and more map control + helps in knowing where the other jungler is going
You can always invade other junglers because of your spiderlings and the attack speed from you W Skittering Frenzy you finish your camps faster than most of other junglers buff go invade the enemy red buff stay in bush and try to steal the buff you have more skills than him you r lvl 3 with 2 forms he is lvl 2 with one form so it is guarnteed first blood if he flashes u have your rappel Rappel to follow him without wasting your flash or if he flashes under his turret flash after him kill him with Q Venomous Bite and use your Rappel to dodge the turret hits
or just be a chicken and finish rift sculter then go for a gank or wolfs
And always ward the enemy's jungle and keep on invading other jungler's camps and take his camps to make him behind, elise is so good in invading because of her stun , escape and her 6 skills

Big buffs

Dragons: dragon
Every dragon is important > Infernal drake: Infernal Drake can lead to large advantages, possibly even being the difference between winning or losing the game because it gives 8/16/24% increased Ability Power and Attack Damage > Ocean drake: Early game huge advantage because it restores 4/8/12% of your missing health and missing mana over 5 seconds if not damaged by a champion or tower in the last 8 seconds. specially your mana since Elise is mana hunger > Mountain drake: Grants 10/20/30% additional damage as true damage to epic monsters and turrets , good for objectives so when you get this drake help laners to get their lane turrets > Cloud drake:Grants 25/50/75 movement speed while out of combat maybe you think it's no big deal but you'll appreciate it when you are down to 20 hp and the whole enemy team is running behind you to shut you down > Elder drake: THE BIG FELLA grants 45 + (45 for every elemental dragon stack) true damage on all spells and basic attacks against non-turrets over 3 seconds. Getting this dragon means it's your enemies END
Rift Herald:
If you are at least level 9 , have Haunting Guise and Hextech Revolver beside the Stalker's Blade - Runic Echoes ward good to have a vision over the wall of rift herald then u can SOLO it start with your human form skills then transform into spider your spiderlings can hit him from front and you from behind in his eyes then switch sides so you don't lose your lil babies and keep popping his eye each time it glows up again and again until you take the buff for urself or you can ask for help from your toplaner
