Hey Mobafire, I'm new to all this builds stuff and I thought I might share a build with you!
Please don't be to harsh, I'm all new to this stuff and yeah, so please leave your comments below and tell me what you think about this build!
Teemo. He's annoying, but what makes him annoying?
Is it his cuteness?

How to be a Teemonator: Abilities
The first thing you gotta know about Teemo is his abilities. All L.O.L players usually know his abilities (Posion, Posion, and more Posion) but heres a quick run through on his abilities.
Obscures an enemy's vision with a powerful venom, dealing damage to the target unit and causing all attacks to miss for the duration.
Deals 80/125/170/215/260 (+0.8) magic damage and causes the target to miss all of their attacks for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds.
Not the real reason why I use Teemo, its just a skill that inspired me (It wasn't the mushrooms) because as soon as I realized that it could blind people, I was filled with awe. This ability is one of the reasons champions fail to kill Teemo. Not because of the poison, but the dreaded BLIND. SPAM THE HELL OUT OF THIS SKILL. IT WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE ONE DAY.
Teemo scampers around, passively increasing his movement speed until he is struck by an enemy champion or turret. Teemo can sprint to gain bonus movement speed that isn't stopped by being struck for a short time.
Passive: Teemo's Movement Speed is increased by 10/14/18/22/26% unless he has been damaged by an enemy champion or turret in the last 5 seconds.
Active: Teemo sprints, gaining twice his normal bonus for 3 seconds. This bonus is not lost when struck.
Okay... so this skill makes you move fast. Well this makes Teemo able to escape really well. And combining this skill with Ghost might make you a Rammus for a day. Thats about it I guess...
Each of Teemo's attacks will poison the target, dealing damage on impact and each second after for 4 seconds.
Teemo's basic attacks poison their target, dealing 9/18/27/36/45 (+0.14) magical damage upon impact and 6/12/18/24/30 (+0.14) magical damage each second for 4 seconds.
HELL YEAH. THIS SKILL RAPES THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS OUT OF PEOPLE. But most people don't realize, it's not just the Poison that makes this skill deadly, it's the IMPACT damage. The impact damage can turn your measly 55 damage into an amazing 64 Damage right off the bat! And maxing out this skill can give you a passive B.F. Sword! But anywho, combining this skill with ignite can give you an easy kill. Nuff said. :D (Btw, the image has a nuke. Thats why it owns.)
Teemo places an explosive poisonous trap using one of the mushrooms stored in his pack. If an enemy steps on the trap it will release a poisonous cloud, slowing enemies and damaging them over time.
Uses a stored mushroom to place a trap which detonates if an enemy steps on it, spreading poison to nearby enemies which slows movement speed by 30/40/50% and deals 250/475/700 (+0.8) magic damage over 4 seconds. Traps last 10 minutes.
Teemo forages for a mushroom every couple of seconds, but he is only big enough to carry 3 at once.
EVERY SINGLE SUMMONER (except for new ones) KNOW THIS DREADED ULTIMATE. A MUSHROOM. A FRIGGEN MUSHROOM. THAT EXPLODES AND SLOWS THE ENEMY. But you can also use this skill 2 ways. The first way is to lead the victim into a pile of Mushrooms, then, BAM. They get hit with a TON of damage, and then you can unstealth (Passive) and rape the living daylights out of the victim. The second way is by using the Mushrooms as an escape route. You can just place a line of Mushrooms in a certain area, then when you're about to die, use Move Quick to run into your Mushroom Escape Route, and then BOOM! The enemy is slowed. You escape, stealth, and see those suckers looking for you. When they're gone, recall. Thats it. :D
If Teemo stands still and takes no actions for 3 seconds, he becomes stealthed indefinitely. After leaving stealth, Teemo gains the Element of Surprise, increasing his attack speed by 40% for 3 seconds.
Well... This skill just... surprises... people... thats it. Oh and then you can kill the hell out of people when you surprise them. Perfect for ganks.

How to be a Teemonator: Items
And now for the most interesting part of this build. Why did I choose the items above? People might be thinking, "What a noob." and might look at another "Better" Teemo build. But there is a reason why I choose these items. Before I begin, I want you to know, while you guys are looking at the reason why I choose these items, these items give you a SPEED and a DAMAGE boost. How? You're about to find out.
Pretty self-explanatory, gives you an attack speed boost and movement speed. Thats about it.
Okay. This item is a must-have for ALL Teemos out there. First of all, this baby does 20 extra magic damage per hit! Not only that, it REDUCES magical resistance by up to 24, meaning that in the early levels, your poison will do more damage. But besides from all that, this item gives off decent attack speed and ability power.
MUST HAVE ITEM FOR BUILD. Reason? This item owns all. It reduces the poor sucker's mana by up to 42! Not only that, it also does the amount of damage of the mana reduced! Just think of this baby as an improved Recurve Bow. P.S: If you combine this item with Malady, you'll do 62 damage per attack! Woah!
This item improves attack speed, damage, and gives you armor. No big deal? WRONG. This item is a perfect Anti-Tank because, if Teemo is squishy and Nunu comes along, you won't do enough damage to kill him without living. But with this item, you'll do an extra 4% max health damage, so don't panic if you see a Nunu with 3k health! With this baby on your side you'll be kicking *** in no time! P.S: This + Wits End + Malady = 100 Something Damage + Posion + Damage right now! Ownage.
The Black Cleaver:
If you come to this item, you must be Teemonating people pretty hard! This item gives not only attack speed and damage, but it reduces ones armor by up to 45. This means that armor will not be that much of a problem anymore! This item will also help greatly in Team Fights, so hard hitters will be able to kill the enemy much faster.
Sword of Divine:
This item gives out a little extra punch to attack speed. Not only that, It deals 100 damage every 4 attacks! And its Active goes well with the Black Cleaver, meaning that nothing will stand in your way.
So add up the damage right now:
190 + 45 + 30 (Posion) + 20 + 42 + 4% of Target's Health + 100 means...
UP TO 427 ATTACK PER SECOND! THAT'S PACKS A PUNCH!
But if you don't like some items in this build, feel free to change the items around!
But remember... Wits End and Maldred's Bloodrazor are 2 key components to this build. So try not to delete those 2 items. Otherwise...

How to be a Teemonator: Other Items
Well, its been 2 days and people have been already finding flaws in this build, such as Teemo being to squishy and the lack of AP. But no worries! I got items that can solve this problem.
Frozen Mallet (Thanks to B-Wong for recommendation):
I was trying this out in a game on day, and I realized that this item is very, very, very, important right now. I don't know what item to exclude to include this item, but I say either the Malady or The Sword of Divine. This item not only gives you a very useful passive, but it gives you a BIG amount of health (+700) which might make Teemo less squishy as before.
This item gives out pretty decent attack speed and ability power, which is things you need for Teemo. The ability power should be enough to boost your attacks, so replace this item with The Sword of Divine if you have to.
This item is my favorite item, because of it's hybrid boost. This item can be replaced with The Sword of Divine to get more Attack and AP. But the real reason why I love this item is because of it's active. Makes my life of killing champions a WHOLE lot easier.
Not recommended, but buy this if you're afraid of dying while to score a kill. This item can save you a BUNCH of times, but I don't recommended this item that much. But it's still up to you. I'm not stopping you!
Racking up kills early game because you're playing with total noobs? Then this item will make your Teemonating a whole lot better. Kills will now give you AP! A perfect replacement for the Malady if you're too pro for the other team.
Okay, this item would go will before you buy the Black Cleaver. It's effects are legendary, so this item can make you kill much easier. Plus it has the effects of all 3 items (Phage, Zeal, and Sheen), making this item pretty much undefeatable. But I recommended the Frozen Mallet more.
I tried this item after trying out the Frozen Mallet, and I absolutely love this item. Replace this item with any item (But Wits End or Bloodrazor) and your life as Teemo might be a tad better. And combining this with the Frozen Mallet makes it harder for the opponent to kill you. I'm not positive if this would help, but this is a recommendation.
