Only judging mid lane Wu here since he's awful top nowadays and that's all I play.

Trinity Force is extremely bad, and not even close to being core. If you try to get it that early you're going to fall behind. An early Tiamat is very core and you don't have it, gives you massive trading and farming potential and is 1000x better than Trinity in all situations. An early Hexdrinker is also helpful if the enemy AP mid is hitting you hard early on. You only ever get Bloodthirster if you're extremely far ahead, Hydra is better 9 times out of 10. Some of your matchups are also quite questionable.

Edit: CDR boots are also bad, its Ninja Tabi or Mercury's Treads ideally

You are not supposed to max q first. Also, wukong needs at least some damage no matter what. Always add a trinity or a frozen mallet along with the always essential black cleaver

A better rune set is 6 marks of armour pen, 3 marks of attack dmg, armour yellow, mr blue, and 3 ad quints. I did the math and it gives you slightly more armour pen and more dmg.
