Must know certain common losing matchups and how to turn them into skill matchups.

Ranked Play

As you get higher and higher in elo you can no longer brainlessly go from lane to lane getting kills. This means you need to learn how to roam and when to roam with quinn, there are many guides online to roaming. Its simple if you follow 3 overly simplified steps.
1. Wait until level 6 to roam.
2. Slow push your wave to their tower/get a kill.
3. Make it look like you backed and go to mid. If you want to roam bot make sure you actually do back first.

Team Work

You want to be the flanker. I suggest watching "Dignitas vs TSM | Week 6 Day 2 S6 NA LCS Spring 2016" and looking at how hauntzer plays on the side during teamfights almost to a fault.
