Introduction

This is my first time ever, atempting to create a guide, so bare with me ;)

Note: This guild is far from 100% complete as i simply don't have time to write all this stuff down.
I will however try to update it as i get more time, and hopefully make it complete one day.

Runes

There is really only one choice when it comes to runes.

9 Greater Mark of Magic Penetration
9 Greater Seal of Mana Regeneration
9 Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power
3 Greater Quintessence of Abiliy Power

Masteries

If you haven't noticed by now, the equipment you buy, only gives 30% CDR.
If you want to reach 40% CDR and achive maximun effect of this guide, do the following:

Go to > Masteries > Utility:
1 point into: Summoner's Insight
3 points into: Meditation
3 points into: Mastermind

This will give you the remaining 10% CDR and viola, 40% achived.

Items

This build is very far from other guides that i have seen (note: i have seen far from everyone on this site)
With this build your equipment will "only" grant you 30% CDR and 40% is strongly adviced.
Therefore, you should read masteries once again, self explanatory.
