as for deathhalo44's comment he is right but i think i have your fix. AP teemo really only has 2 spells that scale well of that which are Blinding Dart and Noxious Trap. Skill order for first 6 lvls should be q e w q q r after that finish maxing Blinding Dart then max Move Quick and max Toxic Shot last. Your still an auto attacker for most of your damage but Toxic Shot dosnt do enough damage fast enough with ap teemo to make it worth while maxing early. AP teemo is more of a utillity/support style champ. Blind with Blinding Dart shuts down enemy ad champs and shrooms ward and control the map/jungle.

For items you should focus on solid AP damage and then finish off linch bane. 2nd never ever ever buy mejavi's you buying it is like wearing a big neon sign saying KILL ME NOW! not even kidding you play high elo or ranked and you see a mejai's u shut that person down. 3rd. recomened dorans ring start because u need the ap, dorans shield does nothing for u. then get CD boots, rylais, rabadons, void staff, linchbane, late game sell dorans for either defense item if ur being focused, zhonya's if the armor will help, or go with phantom dancer to give ur more attack speed and movment speed (this is when you toxic shot becomes usefull).

like the runes but u can go with attck speed or armor seals, mana per 5 is kind of waste.

Personally, I feel Teemo shouldn't go for Toxic Shot early. You have to little AS to make full use of your Toxic Shot, which means its potential is greatly weakened.

Also, as an AP Teemo, it means you have little damage source over good placement of mushrooms. This means you may want more items to synergize with the lack of damage you can bring about.

1. Grammar mistakes. There aren't many of them but I think you should fix that. Remember this includes small and big letter!
