This build doesn't have the required stats for noc to be viable. If you want Noc as a tankier anticarry, at least get a Youmuu's. If you don't even bother to get this, you have no damage output, and you're a horrible tank.

This build is not very good... You need attack speed to decrease the cooldown on Umbra blades. If you're going to take Atma's, you should be using fortitude quints and vitality seals, or at the very least a warmog's armor. Frozen mallet won't cut it. You've got absolutely no armor penetration. Tanks are going to eat you for breakfast mid-late game. Forget ganking anyone who wears any armor, at all.

If you're going for a tank build, your masteries are completely wrong. You need more HP than 3000, Heart of gold, Randuins, Warmogs, these are the items you need for Tank nocturne. You also need far more points in defense and less in offense. You really need to rethink this build in my opinion.

Good guide. You items look like you don't have enough attack speed though... Either way tanky is always good and never a bad thing. Unless you build like this as your only AD champion on the team.
