harras with q on the enemy champion to get hp and to zone the opponent, when he gets low u simply run up to him, u can do this because u was ur e on him.. u run up to him and q until he is forced to recall , u simply ulti him and then ignite and q , this should be a easy kill, if needed flash and q or flash away from tower after dive. Make sure to ward to avoid ganks from mid or jungle.
