i tried out this build and got 13/1/7 and they surrended thoughbut this is an awesome build continue making builds like these XD XD

Ran a test in game. Was totally mistaken about the ULT passive disappearing during active as I had thought. Going to reconfigure the build, ditch Morellos. Thanks for feedback!

Edit:

Reconfigured

New Build offers early Cooldown to compensate for the fact that the passive is 10% at 6, 15% at 11 and 20% at 16. You should now end up with almost exactly max at 18 while still having a healthy 30% early.

The New build should give you close to 30 CD early -> Mid game while factoring in mana and damage requirements.
