Xin Zhao is a melee fighter champion who is very easy to play if you get the right items. I usually buy him AD items like Frozen Mallet, Phantom Dancer and Infinity Edge. For these items is good to get some Life Steal items like The Bloodthirster and Executioner's Calling. For Movement Speed I get Berserker's Greeves cause they also grant Attack Speed. All these items are enough to make Xin an unstopable killing machine. For consumables I buy health potion at the beginning and Elexir of Agility and Fortitude late game.

For Xin Zhao's first ability I choose THREE TALON STRIKE because it deals a lot of damage at early and late game and its easy to get a kill by dealing so much damage to your enemy and fast hunt him down with auto attacks. For second ability I choose AUDACIOUS CHARGE because it combines with THREE TALON STRIKE and makes the kill faster and more certain. Use this to surprize the enemy and slow him, then deal all the damage you can with THREE TALON STRIKE. BATTLE CRY is my third choice because it is the final component of the perfect combo: you hide in the grass waiting for your enemy to get close enough and alone. You first cast THREE TALON STRIKE and BATLE CRY and then you suprise him with AUDACIOUS CHARGE- you will hit faster and you will knock your enemy in the air earlier. Thats when you cast your ultimate-CRESCENT SWEEP dealing a lot of damage and finishing your opponent with auto attacks.

For Xin Zhao's Summoner Spells I choose Flash and Ignite. Flash always helps you in 1v1 battle against fast champion and it helps you catch him if he tries to escape. I often use Ignite to finish escaping enemies because of its periodic damage. When you are still in the battle and you see that the enemy is going to escape cast Ignite to him earlier and he won't have a chance to survive.
