Hey guys, I decided to help Chatterhead out with his website and stuff, so I sent this build to him. This is the build that I play with, and I don't mean to brag but I once got 10/7/11 on this build.

Veigar's mana regen is increased by 0.5% for each 1% of mana missing.
Not really much to say, a pretty straight forward passive that increases your mana regeneration by the amount of mana missing.
Skill Q: Baleful Strike
Active: Unleashes dark energy at target enemy dealing 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+60% of ability power) magic damage. If the target is killed, Veigar gains 1 ability power.
Passive: Veigar gains 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 ability power when he kills a champion from any source of damage.
This is a nice skill for Veigar to use for harassing or for minion kills. The passive however is total **** because Veigar is not an AP champion. he is strickly a tank.
Skill W: Dark Matter
After 1.2 seconds, dark matter falls from the sky to the target location, dealing 120 / 170 / 220 / 270 / 320 (+100% of ability power) magic damage.
This spell is also really just for minion killing, as it is hard to hit an enemy champion with it. It does nice damage though if you can manage a hit.
Skill E: Event Horizon
Veigar twists the edges of space around the target location for 3 seconds, stunning enemies who pass through the perimeter for 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 seconds.
I never got this spell, It never stunned the champion that I aimed the cursor at, in fact it seemed to want to stun everything around my target.
Ultimate Skill: Primordial Burst
Blasts an enemy champion, dealing 250 / 375 / 500 (+100% of ability power) plus his target's AP in magic damage.
This is a very powerful ability, however I find that it is at its most powerful if you cast it on an enemy AD carry who has no AP at all.
Items Guide / Reasoning
We already figure you know what the items do by them self. So we will spare you the extra reading and get straight to the point of why we chose them.
The first item I get is Manamune, even though Viegar is a tank, I still feel the need to be able to deal some damage, and that will also help with the high mana cost of his abilities.
Next up I get Berserker's Greaves, I need to be able to move into the front of my enemies so that they attack me and not my team. also the 25% attack speed helps with my damage output.
For every other item, I usually grab about 4 sunfire capes, giving me great health and armor while pounding in a ton of magic damage to all those who stand around me.
Runes / Reasoning
As a tank, my items already give me enough armor and health, but leave me completely vulnerable to magic damage, which is why my runes are a full page of flat magic resist, making me pretty powerful.
