Nice guide, I think Trinity Force might be good as final item but is too expensive and wastes the mana, I think I'd add Maw of Malmortius as final item, Dr. Mundo tends to be low on HP usually and the AD increase from the Maw plus lvl 5 Masochism will increase your damage a lot, but since you have quite more Magic Resist than Armor I'd finish the build with Atma's Impaler for the extra Armor + AD.

Anyway is a nice guide, I'll try it out no doubt :)

Well I will pop Sadism whenever im 50%-70% in a teamfight, so I won't be low HP, and when you got Trinity Force you will see a high increase in damage. But it's my opinion.

You deserve a +1, but you can add more. Write about what you should do in lane, where you should go. Also, if you can add a jungle guide, that would be awesome (Mundo is right now considered as one of the top tier jungler)

The build could use some improvement, yet the guide is quite great. Here are my suggestions to improve your overall build guide:

(1) Items: Starting Items: I do not think the first time Dr. Mundo players should be encouraged to start with a Ruby Crystal for multiple reasons. First time players are going to do stupid things, and if they don't have potions or a form of sustain they will have to back missing out on valuable experience and gold; also, Dr. Mundo has no real form of sustain through his abilities prior to level 6. Therefore, I recommend putting the Boots of Speed + Health Potionx3 start, or Doran's Shield (because it at least has regen, in the main build.

(2) Items: Overall Chapter: Currently, it is very poorly organized making it very hard to understand. You started off well with the Starting Items, and Core Items, yet when you get to optional items you list Boots Tier 2 under their. Movement speed is a vital stat, with few ways to obtain it; therefore, it should not be considered an optional item. If you're interested in seeing a well-formatted Item Chapter just PM me, and I'll send you the best one I know.

(3) Overall Guide: Consistency: This may be an off-topic reference, but when you want to make cookies do you stir only half of the bowl, and leave the other half not stirred. No, you don't, you keep the mixing consistent throughout the build. That being said, keep things consistent with in your chapters. For example, look at your items chapter, I believe the Boots should be in the same format (icon, size ~ 64).

(4) Runes: Greater Quint of Endurance: These quintessences are listed in the main build, yet not in your guide. Hint: You definitely want to stick to the Greater Quintessence of Health, and forget about the Greater Quintessence of Endurance. The stats on that rune is deceptively low. ( it adds 60 HP, when you have 4000 hp). The Endurance runes should be avoided completely. Also, if you're running HP Quints, I would suggest Greater Seal of Armor to help you trade with your opponent, these are a must for any top laner.

(5) Overall Guide: Formatting: I highly recommend you make use of all the tips listed in jhoijhoi's Getting Started Guide. It honestly tells you EVERYTHING anyone needs to know for making a guide. Also, you should try to make use of the center, and column feature that is shown in that guide. It could really give your guide a much more appealing appearence.

Despite, all of the suggestions I have, this is an excellent guide with great potential. Also, most of the things I suggested were rather small. I wish you the best of luck with your guide in the future. Hope I helped, and have a terrific day!
