Hi there! Since I play Vladimir Im thinking about in what team he fits best and now ive got it!
Check out my new team for League of legends ranked play 5v5.

PROS:
- Verry perfect anti-team for nearly anyone
- Perfect teamfights
- nearly not 1 guy of you will die (all of them have great survival abilitys)
- Massive Burst and Nuke dmg
- Good chasing team
- hard to be killed (Morde - Vlad - Renekton have much Hp and high magic resist and armor)
- easy early game
- good gank abilities (Norcturne is Jungler)
- easy win if 1 Teamfight goes well (This team pushes tower like hell)

Cons:
- Your weak point is if there is a Mirror Team that plays better as yours does
- Noctrune and Kennen are pretty squishy ( normaly they dont die becouse they dont starts the fights and they dont let them kill that easily ofc^^)

So Vladimir should go mid( yall know that good vlads nealy always be the winner in mid 1v1)
Then ofc Nocturne goes Jungeling (i wont give you a guide how to jungle with him this only a 5v5 team guide)
Morde should go solo (renekton can also do if he wishes)
and kenne goes on lane with (morde/Renekton)

Ganks should start at lvl 4-5 (nocturne should have blue and red buff and kill with vlad together the mid enemy) then the mid tower should probalby go down
After that all should be around lvl 8-10 and now vlad an nocturne goes gank until lvl ~12
and then all 5 should go mid push. Rest depends on how the enemys play ( backdoor,tower hug, etc.)

These items are really awsome together in a Teamfight evry enemy has 60 less magic resist and Morde kennen and vlad have 75% spell vampire and + 90 ap. You have all pretty much magic resist and high armor as well as high lives and multiple stuns slows etc.

Vlad, Renekton and Morde have to decide which items they have to buy at the verry lategame.
But normaly its clear what to buy.

Ok your teamfights should look like this:
Morde and vlad are casting their spells into the enemy group while they try to get them ; dont let them get you! and if some of them go to vlad and morde, renekton should stun 1 of them then renekton ulti, kennen goes in with ulti Vlad makes his ulti, now 1 should be dead and now you have to look at wich guy morde casts his ulit this guy has to be focused immediatly. Now maybe 1 of you is dead and 2-4 of the enemysare dead now you should use that chance to destroy the tower with mordes ghost as tank. Usw usw.
