Early Game

TRY to play safe and TRY to farm. After you get "Runaan's Hurricane" and "Blade of the Ruined King" it will be very easy to farm fast. From this moment you will kill any other champions who hasn't much armor.

Late Game

In Teamfights focus the enemy ADC and you will win the game fast. Thresh makes alot of damage with his auto attacks. Try to hook the enemy your team focus.
