Hello wonderful people of Mobafire. You are probably here because you want a great adc guide to Thresh. I am here to provide that. I am Norcon, I main top, jungle and adc. Thresh is by far my favorite adc because of his insane burst potential. Building up the Death Sentence passive and having Trinity Force can cause for over 1k hits with just auto attacking. This is my first guide ever on any website and would appreciate it if you read through the entire thing. Here is an example game just so you get an idea.

• Hard to land a good pull

Thresh is kinda like Graves as in being a bruiser. Now I know that being a full on glass cannon can be fun; however, staying alive is a valuable portion of playing adc Thresh. I grab magic resistance glyphs for any mid laner that comes down and ganks us and for overall late game. Armor seals come in handy for the opposing (loser) adc on the other side. AD marks and AD quintessences are obvious enough I hope.

Typical AD masteries on the left hand column, but on the right hand column I grab Meditation and Runic Affinity just to have more of a manaless issue which is always nice.

Thresh needs to be able to dish and receive damage. The Brutalizer (turned into a Black Cleaver later on) provides both of these necessities aswell as Trinity Force. Bloodthirster is just plain out damage and sustain so when you grab two of these you will be doing massive amounts of raw damage and sustaining yourself quite nicely.

Death Sentence over anything else. I mean it. Main damage is right here. Don't let it fool you otherwise. Again, with Thresh you need more health and damage since you are a bruiser, so I get Dark Passage over Flay but you can choice between damage or health.

• Perfect for any adc including thresh

Could replace Ignite for more survivability and to escape pesky situations, but I still would prefer Ignite.

Bingo! You, in theory can have this over Ignite for more survivability, able to catch up with people, and the chance to call them fat for being exhausted after walking two feet. This one is equal to Ignite so it's based on your opinion.

It is super easy to farm as Thresh with your Death Sentence passive. Just use it well and when you want to initiate, just don't attack and save up the passive.
