Hey HobbyPlayer,

The best Thresh set up for a game is same as Leona's approach. Get Ignite, Flay lvl 1 and rush for level 2, level up Death Sentence. Get AD reds and poke lvl 1 with your E passive.
When you hit lvl 2: Flash Flay+ Ignite to reduce ADC heal effect then wait for their Flash and Death Sentence. Easy kill and snowball the game.
Buy Mobility Boots to roam the map but remember to get back to lane before enemy wave hit the turret (they may try dive your ADC).
TIP FOR Death Sentence: Against champions with dashes like Lucian and Vayne aim between the champion model and the point they will dash to. You will hit 100% because of the hook hitbox and those matchups will be easier for you.
Same with Morgana Dark Binding.

Hey HobbyPlayer,

I see you have spent a lot of your time to create this awesome guide about Thresh. Thank you so much cuz its so in-depth. But i have one question:
-Is it better to buy Relic Shield instead of Ancient Coin? Because i think he need to be more tanky. Anyway thanks again. Have a nice day. :)

Hey HobbyPlayer,

I see you have put a lot of effort writing all of this down, but I partly disagree with some of the things that you have mentioned in your guide
1.-Picking Heal over Exhaust. I personally think that as Thresh people should take Exhaust because their adc already has heal and two heals on one lane is rather pointless when playing with Thresh. Furthermore, Exhaust is op, even after the nerf. There is no logical reason to take Heal over Exhaust for me.
2.-Your last item in your build. Thresh is support, a tanky support. It would be more wisely to take knight's vow instead of that item.

Recovery is actually a good laning mastery because health regen is good against poke. In some cases I would take it over Unyielding since the early game is so important.

Heal is a rather suboptimal choice. Your adc usually takes Heal and when you double heal, for example, it will reduce the second heal for 50%. Exhaust is extremely overpowered, it's getting nerfed soon. It reduces the damage output of the enemy so much (attack speed reduction, mr and armor reduction, damage reduction and movement speed reduction). Ignite is the more common alternative since the grievous reduces the heal and can be used to get an early kill. However, you seem to like defensive spells more.

Overall, the guide has a few questionable choices but the rest is fine and well explained.

Well... as I explained +2 health pe 5 second isn't that much, and I already have some regen from items, so the extra armor and MR (mostly the MR) is more important in my opinion throughout the game.
I personally like [(heal)] better, because it can help me and my adc to stay in lane longer, which is very important to collect souls. [(Exhaust)] is very powerful yes, but Thresh's abilities provide a very good lockdown without it already. I find [(ignite)] a too aggressive choice; and the lack of defensive options is a bit too risky for me.

Thank you for your comment. I tried my best, and I know that my guide might be a little questionable sometimes, however, I tried it out several times, and it works fine for me, and I find it an easy way to learn ro play Thresh better.

Leave out the round bracket and it will look like this: Exhaust, Ignite etc.

I can see where you're coming from, and if you still need help, look at the BBCode guide or ask the members of this site.

Heya! :) Nice work on this guide! If you want, you could add square brackets to items, runes, masteries, abilities and champions to create some code. For example, Thresh.

Code:
[[thresh]]

All the best!

Thank you! This is the first guide I made, so I'm not very experienced how can I make one. Once I'll have enough time, I'll update it.
