Adc's good with thresh

Personnally I played with lucian 2 game in total while supp him and the lucian was fed like hell enemy team could do nothing against him, Same with caitlyn.
You and your adc need to take adventage of caitlyn's long range, Try not to let enemies get close to her while you take all the hits caitlyn can kill them while not even getting hit but don't do this early game you need your randuin's Omen.
Tips
-Poke the enemies while your adc is farming so that they are more scared to farm, But be
careful that they don't try to kill you.
-With the tanky build and thresh being tanky naturlly you will be able to start teamfights mid- and endgame verry easly But be carefull don't second tap your "Q" so you don't fly to them or else you will be dead
