Hey guys this is my first build published. I have been playing Annie with this build lately and have been destroying. For example, I was level 14 and there was a Yasuo level 17 and I had about 200 hp left and I threw my deathfire grasp and used tibbers to stun and I 3 shotted him. I just wanted to help people become good at Annie as I had a surprisingly hard time learning her.
