I think this guide is too short.
You should add:

Warding Totem or something else to your starting items
rune Explanations

I see you could wright a good guide but it seems like you are too lazy to do that ;)

I know that AS seems weird at the first place, but oh my god dat clearspeed and oh my god dat lategame AS.

There was a reason people once used full AS runes on any junglers in season 0, until stonewall008 showed them the way to armor.

Now AS is better and armor is weaker.

But CDR/Lvl is definitly a good option now

Hybrid pen marks are better because as well as helping your clear speed, they do more damage on champions.

AS seals are TRASH, get something different. Armor, scaling armor, flat HP and scaling HP are all better.

CDR glyphs are better because of the lower ult CD, I'd get scaling CDR because you won't use them until level 6.

Quints are fine.
