Looks like your playstyle is all about spamming your abilities as much as you can. As a devoted Ezreal player myself it took some time before I started to understand how useful auto attacking really is. I relied too much on my mystic shot as main damage. Therefore I think Manamune is a complete waste. You won't be able to spam down a GOOD opponent with your mystic shot resulting in you running out of mana. Your enemy simply won't allow it so you wont be needing that extra mana. Sheen actually provides you with 250 mana and it will be more than enough. I even know Ezreal players who skip Sheen and rush a BF sword and I can assure you that mana is no problem for them either.

I usually rush sheen because it adds so much to my mystic shot and it helps alot when poking early game. I used to include the brutalizer in my build and I still think it is a great early game item but nowadays I prefer rushing a black cleaver. Alot of attack speed and a passive that completely shreds squishys to pieces. It is after all your job to assasinate the enemy carrier (usually very squishy)

So my tip to you is to not rely too much on your abilities and learn to use auto attacking alot more. Doesnt mean you should build a phantom dancer, Ezreal is not an auto attacker like caitlyn or tryndamere. He is a combination though and that is something that I for one sometimes forget.
