Edited it as soon as I could, if anyone needs anything else for me to clear out, just say the word, and I'll try to improve the guide to answer to your questions. Mejai's is indeed a risky item, along with Sword of the Occult and the Bloodthirster, but I believe that as long as you don't get into uneccessary trouble, you can stack it just fine.

I'm not into Mejai's... they are so risky items to take, but when they succeed it's just awesome. To link items just place the Correct Name between " " item here "" like this - Ezreal. It's quite easy. I've seen many Ezreal builds starting with Mystic Shot and I really didn't liked it ._. So, cool with the Essence Flux choice. It is your first build, and I like it ~ +1

I know, the usual standard build does not include many defensive items, however I believe that Ezreal should stay in the back during teamfights and DPS from there, worrying about CC is not really his top priority, as long as you keep your distance. The only problem could be Malzahar since his ultimate's got quite the range compared to other cc suppress skills, one could use a Banshee's veil for that. I guess I also forgot to mention about smartcasting, but yes, I will try to update this guide next week in order to make it more pleasant to the eye. I will add icons and links, I just haven't figured out if they use HTML codes and which ones, so I posted it as it is now for sharing's sake, and will improve it as soon as possible.

The guide seems fair, though it looks like it could be decorated a little, even though you dont know how to link items etc you should change font colors to make it more pleasing to the eye, and as an fellow ezreal player I have a problem on why you build pretty much damage only, as you should know ezreal is very squishy and can be locked down by cc, so you should definatelly put some defensive items on the item sequence. Rylai's provides a fair amount of health but once again if you get stunned by pretty much anything common you're done for in the teamfights. (ww, malz, amumu, taric, veigar etc.)
