Your runes are pretty good, I would use those same runes but with a Faerie Charm start. Just that with your boots start, it makes one of Taric's weaknesses very obvious - he can go oom easily. In your items chapter you need som' explanations as to why you take what, since it's pretty uninformative right now. For Summoner spells I'd add some alternatives. Reason he lost lane to Stanley is because his very early Yorick pick got countered by Stanley's Nidalee. And my opinion actually is that Taric is the ONLY aggressive support who does NOT benefit from Cloth Armor. He doesn't have a gap closer like Alistar and Leona. Blitzcrank has a pull and a speed steroid.
