I think Darien is better than GoSu Pepper. Reason he lost lane to Stanley is because his very early Yorick pick got countered by Stanley's Nidalee.

And my opinion actually is that Taric is the ONLY aggressive support who does NOT benefit from Cloth Armor. He doesn't have a gap closer like Alistar and Leona. Blitzcrank has a pull and a speed steroid. I think a Cloth Armor start just sets Taric back while not being useful enough for him, unlike Boots.

Think you should add cloth armor as a starter item as well, I like taking that for tankier supports like Taric or Leona, or against AD Carries such as Graves.
In your items chapter you need som' explanations as to why you take what, since it's pretty uninformative right now. For Summoner spells I'd add some alternatives. You should also, in my opinion, move the Pros - Cons section after the Introduction.
Aaaaand one more things;

[*] Doesn't offer much in terms of damage
[*] Have to be in melee range for a lot of his abilities to work so it can be dangerous to be in a team fight
[*] Have to auto attack to trigger his heal cooldown and his built in passive

You have to add 'list' into that for it to work,

Code:
[list] [*] For [*] Example [*] :P [/list]

which yields,
  • For
  • Example
  • :P

He not the weakest member of M5, the weakest member is Darien...

Everyone knows GoSu Pepper sucks. He's the weakest member of M5 without a doubt. He only knows how to play Sona and Nunu & Willump.

Your runes are pretty good, I would use those same runes but with a Faerie Charm start. Just that with your boots start, it makes one of Taric's weaknesses very obvious - he can go oom easily. Especially if your carry is bad

I copy the runes with Gosu pepper (support in M5 team). And I have ~60 ranked game with Taric using this build, win ratio in ranked with Taric 70%.

+I not finished the post...

That's an idea. I could use Sona runes in conjunction with a boots start to negate the increased pressure on my mana.

Btw I think your runes are no good. Might as well get 21 utility instead of a lot of useless points in low-tier defense masteries.

I like this start, because +mspeed is good for invade, or evasion with enemy spells )

I don't like the start... boots are not good for support in start in my opinion... you can't take potions and less ward then starting with mana reg..... but this is a good build +
