However Elise will whipe out any tanks in Top lane because the only way to counter this Elise build is through nuking her before she can kill you. Building health dose not help you neather dose MR. Just because the current meta stresses on AP being mid dose not force you to build tank in top lane. People play Zed mid to counter AP's why not play Elise top to counter brusers.
