Hard Armor and AD runes are best choice on Poppy. With shield in passive you can fight very long and with Grasp of the Undying keystone mastery you are so strong!

Grasp of the Undying keystone mastery will do that you can fight very long!

Spells

Use flash when your passive land near you, but you haven't chance to run to it.
Use teleport to fast going to your lane.

Try this build at normals first, then go ranked. If you have First Blood, it will be much easier!
