Sry my english sucks, but i try my best ;D

I know much people will think this Build sucks. I would think the same without playing it.

Why Deff Akali?
Because get low dmg, tanking a bit, but also do good dmg is the best Combo.
In start it´s not that strong, but after lvl 6 and Sheen it will start to rock.

How to play it?
There is no special way to play it. You should just know to play Akali.

I hope you will understandt all and try this build. Pls give me Feedbacks.

Pros:
-You can tank and do dmg the same time.
-You are a Hybrid (with all Items)
-Late game this is one of the strongest Off-Tank builds.

Cons:
-Before lvl 6 and Sheen your dmg is low.

Masteries: 9/21/0
You need the 21 Points for deff and the 9 Points for some Dmg.

Runes: M.res & Amor
This is the most important thing about the Build. It will give you the defense you need.

Skills:
Just get the dmg skills up.

Items:
First item can be Doran���´s Shield for some HP and Amor or Doran´s Blade for Dmg and HP.
Then Sheen (before shoes) to get some Dmg.
Boots of Mobility to get fast to fights, because in fights you are fast engouh with Ulti.
Sunfire Cape to get HP, Amor and a bit dmg.
Abyssal Scepter to get AP and M.res.
Then Lichbane to do more normal Dmg, but it also gives you some movement speed and M.res.
Rylai���´s Crystal Scepter to get at the end some more HP and AP for the dmg with great slow.
Finally Hextech Gunblade to get Lifesteal/Magicvamp and some more AP/AD.

If you got this all you are a Off-Tank machine.
