because buying phatom dancer not only gives you attack speed
but gives you movement and critical damage so its really helpful
When chasing someone its easy to get to him and kill him
just use the third ability then the first one and boom hes dead
but when your running abd your enemy reaches you try using your
ultimate ability so that you can run away from your enemy
and recall but you can call for help from others and finish
the enemy thats trying to kill you and fail...
