Played 2 games with the build just now, and they went great. Won both of them, and the second game I was top of my team with 1666pts and 13/10/10. But one question for you: Why APen marks vs MPen marks? With this build, your magical damage is easily double your physical damage, as shown in the game you posted as well as mine. I had 27K magic damage vs 10K physical damage in my last game. Since both your Hungering Strike and Infinite Duress are magic damage, you'd think you'd want those to hit harder, especially since the more damage you do with your Q, the more you heal.

Anyway, +1 to the build. The only alteration I've done to it besides the MPen Marks is that I've also been buying Wit's End before Spirit's Visage. I'll try the way you said next game around though, to see if it works any better.

That is a great point. I'm working on a situational diagram to post up soon. With any guide, you have to be prepared to adapt based on your opponents.

Thornmail is completely useless against a team full of AP champs, just as a side note. Swap thornmail for spirit visage in that case, imo.

Originally I did the same thing. But, with thornmail being significantly cheaper I decided to switch them. For my play style, the thornmail allows me to defend towers in the early game. As soon as i get that hextech gunblade I am able to go on the offensive. I'll write a little more about the play style this build is designed for when I have some time this week.
