To your first point there is a few things why the (!) was put there instead of the (.). One I was really excited for my first build write-up so I think that translated to the excited yelling :) and second I was more a student of math instead of english in school so punctuation isn't my best attribute. I will try harder in the future though.

Second point as I stated the masteries is really flexiable and yes I do switch it to yours a lot of the time but it is just what I had at the time that I put into the build. Is there a way to put up multiple masteries for one build on here??

Finally yes the two items are expensive BUT with Poppy the early game all she really needs for good damage output is Sheen. I do not rely on being fed but with Sheen and a good team beside you, you should get your share of kills and assists. If someone wanted to they could put Heart of Gold in there and turn it in Randuin's Omen later in the game. Once again it is situational as if you are confident in Poppy and your team rushing these 2 items in my eyes is better then buying anything else in the meantime.

There are a few things I want to point out.

First off, you end almost every single sentence in an exclamation point. This gets really annoying (at least for me) so I suggest you mostly have periods instead so it doesn't seem like you're shouting.

Second, In your masteries, I strongly suggest Good Hands instead of Perseverance. With your build at level 18, Perseverance gives .64 HP per 5 and .32 MP per 5. This means it takes you about 8 seconds to regain ONE health, and it takes you twice as long to regain ONE mana. However, later on, Good hands shaves 5-7 seconds off your death timer, which can mean a lot in a bad situation. Also, 4% attack speed and 11 AP at level 18 isn't worth sacrificing more XP gain and more mana regen/gold.

Finally, your core build is the two most expensive items in the game. I know other Poppy guides put these items on the list, but with no gold per 5 items on such a bad farmer like Poppy means you're basically relying on getting fed to afford your items. Now I know you stress last hitting, but generally Poppy takes a duo lane, which means it's just that much harder to get farmed.

For now I won't +1 because I think you can improve this guide, but I won't -1 because It is pretty good. I enjoy your content, and don't take my negativity too seriously. I just think with some improvement this guide could be great instead of good.
