No life steal until last item, & no armor and hp at all. This build is purely good on the paper, as on reality you would be dead in 2-3 seconds when in confrontation with only one opponent. Just a 2.5 silence spell or stun is enough to get you killed.
Doing 45/2/10 on a lame game does not justify anything. Because doing 45 kills is either a 1h30 game with very lame opponents, or maybe you were on training...
Not even enough mana supply, this build is really purely fictional.
My suggestion would be there http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/tristana-for-dps-and-survivability-26701 and allows to kill solo or push/support/kill with gang mates.
