Lets talk a little about the runes

Each gives you 0,91 armor in total gives you 8,19 armor wich makes up for the armor lost in the items.

greater seal of defense Gives you 0,15 armor per level 1,35 at level 1 all together at level 18 24,3 armor.

Gives you 0,15 magic resist per level 1.35 at level 1 and 24,3 at level 18.

greater quint of shielding Gives you 0,37 magic resist each level starting with 1,08 at level 1 and ending with 19,44

farming is very important its the key to you'r victory creeps or minions are your blood and soul without them killing themselves on towers and taking the beating you could not win.
