WARNING: Do not try this in ranked games, this is a pure "fun" build, and requires maximum amounts of laughter.

This build revolves around clutch throws combined with well timed EVENT HORIZON. Most players would try and avoid being stunned, but voli would toss the enemy in to the rims, which would stun him. This is effectively a 4s shut down.

When Veigar reaches level 6, he can effectively burst for between 400-600 dmg, and only requires him to follow up with auto attacks. Each Kill will significantly increase his damage output.

Since volibear has a great amount of HP, his Frenzy will do 300-400 True Damage. Combined with his slow from Majestic roar, and his Rolling thunder, Volibear will run both the enemy support and enemy adc out of the lane.

In our first game, we managed to get 6 kills on Vayne+Leona combo, which resulted in a rage quit from the platinum Leona player.
