I use Magic Penetration runes because they work good because enemies allways have little bit/much Magic resistance, and ap runes is good too.

Items

This item build works because first you need to buy doran's ring it gives you health, ap and mana regen really useful. Magic Penetration boots is good because if you use same runes what i use then you have 27,58% magic penetration allready, and Rod of ages is good because when you level up you get health and mana. Rylai's Crystal Sceptrer is good because it gives health, ap and your spells slows a enemies, Rapando's Deathcap is important because it gives so much ap, Zhonya's Hourglass is important item too because when you use your Shoul Shacles skill you can use Zhonya's Hourglass spell at the same time. And if you buy Void Staff you have 67,58% magic penetration with boots!
