The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Welcome to the Guide for Pantheon
First and foremost not feeding any character should be your first priority.
From the start you should be paying attention to whom your enemies are either AD based characters or AP based characters. If you see 3 or more AD characters build Randuin's Omen first, vice versa for Force of Nature if AP is their main damage do-ers. The longer you stay alive, the more spears you can throw!
I get protection of some sort first because I have my runes stacking to give myself damage upon leveling. And for all Pantheon players, you should already know his Spear Shot does a large amount of damage anyways, this will get your kills don't worry about it... Around level 8 or 9 you should have your omen almost completed and your Berserker Boots completed. (score somewhere around 4-0-4, could be worse don't judge me.. lol Remember you can ult across the page... Don't hesitate to use it either each lane could use another champ for dropping a tower or both champs... PING THE MAP RAPIDLY TO SHOW YOU'RE COMING) As Pantheon's abilities are based off of Attack Damage your going to need a Bloodthirster to just enhance your AD. After you have 1 defensive piece, 1 movement piece and 1 damage piece... This is where it can get tricky, if your dieing quickly in champ fights - get another defensive peice.. If your team is owning the match, keep your damage growing and get the 2nd Bloodthirster, if you continue to dominate get Last Whisper to keep your AD higher than everyone and reduce Tanks Armor (helps for end game fights).. Always try to make sure you're a threat in a fight.. (as you should be with every character)
Your 2 additional spells should be Clarity and Ignite... Majority of Pantheon users know that Pantheon is Mana hungry. Early game clarity gives you the ability to finish the job.. You run out of mana.. pop it and kill um... Ignite for if you get your spear off and can't kill finish the task.. Works.. People say Ignite is for noobs... But its who dies in the end... Who's the noob??
For leveling sequence be sure to flip flop in the early levels between Spear shot and Aegis of Zeonia... Always start off with Spear shot (decide if a stun is gonna be good, don't waste it to soon - save for ults that can be CC'd or interupted.. even save for champs near turrets) Max your spear shot out as fast as possible as its your main Damage do-er. As for heartseeker strike - its lame till later game when you need to wipe out minions... Don't use your ult for minions, that's noob move in my opinion. You don't see others using their ult to kill a pack of minions... Ryze is an exception...
As you can tell - Each item is a build up item... make sure you build them up correctly each gold piece counts.. Your first item can either be health regen (omen has a health regen starter and Force of nature has a health regen starter item) or Boots for movement... Up to you... Now do the right thing.. Comment if you have questions...
REMEMBER IF YOU DIE! DON'T JUST RUN INTO A CHAMP FIGHT!!! BUILD YOUR BLOODTHIRSTERS ABILITIES BACK UP!!!
