Try to outtrade your enemy with smart use of your spells.If you manage to do this, play aggresive and don't let him farm.Also use your trinket whenever you have it to prevent the ganks.

Try to push your lane without a stop and use your tp when your team needs you.Ask from your jungler to give you the rift herald buff(big help).

You mostly want to prevent from coming at the 45-50 minutes of game cause your dmg will keep falling down(because you are tank)so you want to have as many teamfights as you can and let your (ap-ad)-carry do the dmg.

Obviously you are Yasuo so loosing minions is hard.Try to last hit with autoes and q "use e only if u are asure you wont take it and secure it".
