Leona Passive Ability
Lore: Leona
Leona's parents were traditional Rakkorans, both bred for the heat of battle. To them, Leona was a problem child. She was capable of fighting as fiercely as any other -- including her childhood friend, Pantheon -- but she did not share their zeal for killing. She believed that the true worth of a soldier lay in her ability to defend and protect. When it came time for her Rite of Kor, a ceremony in which two Rakkoran teens battle to the death for the right to bear a relic-weapon, Leona refused to fight. For this, the Rakkoran leaders ordered her execution, but when they tried to strike the fatal blow, sunlight burst forth, bathing Mount Targon in light. As it faded, Leona stood unharmed and her executioners lay unconscious around her. The Solari immediately claimed Leona, demanding that her sentence be repealed. She donned the golden armor of the Solari and they bestowed upon her the sword and shield passed down from the ancient sun-warrior of legend. The Solari helped Leona focus her abilities, and when she was ready she left to join the League of Legends.
''The sun's rays reach all of Runeterra, so too must the image of its champion.''
-Leona
Health Quints (Flat 26 Hp)
Vitality Seal (1.08 Health per lvl, 19.44 at lvl 18)
Magic pen Marks (.95 magic pen) all of Leona's spells are plus magic dmg.
Potency Blues (.99 ap)
Blues could be swapped for cdr its your choice. Ive tried them both but is not to big of a difference.
I decided to uses ignite simply because nowadays every game Ive encountered the is some type of healer and/or to get that guy getting away with a 100 something hp.
Now for flash; well Flash its just awesome and a well place one can get you a kill for your team in a gank or just a kill for yourself...Of course keeping in mind that you have 3 spells that either stun, disable or slow.
But then again the choice is up to you try different combinations to your advantage.
Now Sunfire Cape and Force of Nature are a must these 2 items at early-mid game should make u almost unstoppable (provided you do not play stupid and your team is not ******ed as well). Also helps you with extra damage and movement speed.
Now late game mid-late game you start building your Trinity Force and Rylai's. Now ladys and gents let me make clear now that these are the items that make Leona a force to be reckoned and Feared as well. Just with that alone you could 1v3, kill them and make it out or just hold with no problem until backup arrives. (Ive done it).
For last item its just get what you think is necessary, like a Banshee's Veil or Guardian Angel; up to you.
Early game farming will be super easy once you get your Sunfire and combine it with eclipse.
And when you get your mid-late items you will be so beefy that you will probably not die in teamfight's (Eclipse, Zenith in Ult, Flash out then single target with team for victory).
