1. Introduction
Tryndamere is a melee dps. He totally depends on critical strike chance. If he is played right, he wont have any problems tearing the other team apart. Aswell, if he is played right, he can easily 1v3.
As masteries I prefer 21/0/9 build. But you can go 21/6/3 if you want to. (3/3 armor and magic resist in Defense and 3/3 Good Hands Utility)
I use 21/0/9 build, as I find it quite important to lvl fast as tryndamere. You goal is to reach lvl 6 asap. When you are lvl 6 you wont have trouble getting kills. I take 1 up in Utility Mastery because buff control is an important thing in Twisted Treelines.

In my build I start out with brawlers gloves and 2 health pots. (Sometimes I buy a sight ward instead of the health pots to put at lizard. Depending on the other team ofc.)
I try to reach lvl 6 before I head back to base to get my Berserkers Greaves. After that I will upgrade my Brawlers to Zeal.
(If you are lvl 6 and got these items, you should try and gank.)
You will now see that you are critting on most hits, which will make life steal usefull. Go ahead and buy a vampiric Scepter. I upgrade it to Emblem of Valor, which I'll upgrade to Starks Fervor. I do that due the attackspeed and very high amount of lifesteal. (If your team does not have another attack dmg dps you should go for Bloodthirster instead)
You core item is the Infinity Edge, so if you have had a good game, and got enough money for the B.F Sword, you should keep this in mind Infinity Edge > Anything else.
The rest of the build is up to you, but I like the bloodthirsters, cause I'll have 50% + lifesteal, and ALOT of dmg.
