When I was new and trashy, I went 38-9-8 with Gunblades on Trynd. I was enamored with myself and posted a picture on Facebook (I was level 7 I think), and my more experienced friends praised my effort but mocked my build. They (rightfully) said that the Bloodthirster is, in almost every case, a better item than the Gunblade.

Having said that, the Gunblade is pretty sweet if you...
A. really like the idea of an active nuke (which is totally legitimate)
B. find yourself really wanting a little bit of extra Bloodlust heal
-this is rendered invalid by the increased lifesteal on your 'Thirsters
C. juke back and forth with your Winspin A LOT.

If you're going to get a Gunblade, only get one. Last I checked, the Spellvamp doesn't stack, and you can only use the active once. I urge you to edit this build and replace one of your Gunblades with a Bloodthirster. Only then will this build be up to its maximum potential.
