Ive tried a bunch of people builds in the past but they were all pretty ****py early game. We have to understand that tryndamere is a snowball hero and requires some farm before he can do anything significant. I made this guide because this is what works for me in top tier play. This is a very flexible guide, adjust it to who your playing with and against.

Skill Rank Order
I always start out with spinning slash just in case im in a sticky situation. The skilling order should depend on what your laning against. If youre getting hit alot, level 2 and 3 you should be grabbing bloodlust to keep you in the lane. If you think you can take someone out early in the game, grab mocking shot @ level 2 and procede to bash their faces in.

Runes
OMG STACK CRIT DMG RUNES. NOT.

Stacking crit dmg runes is nice late game. But how are you going to use all that crit damage early game if you cant crit? Exactly.

My runes are setup so im a forced to be reckoned with early game and mid game. If you do well early and mid, your almost garunteed to wreck people with just items in late game.

Items

I set up my items this way because melee should never be a problem for you. You will be dodging left and right. Magic on the other hand can be a *****, So i pick the spirit visage not only to boost magic resistance but to also increase my bloodlust heals by 25%. The cooldown reduction is also nice for youre spin and mocking abilities.

1. Brawlers Gloves + 2 hp pots (25% crit chance @ level 1 if you have my rune setup)
2. Executioner's Calling (You dont want people getting healed when your tower diving or chasing)
3. Ninja tabi or Mercury Treads (Alot of melee = ninja tabi, alot of disable = mercury treads)
4. Zeal (Crit, AS and movement speed)
5. Spirit Visage (500+ bloodlust heals is awesome)
6. Phantom Dancer (Dodge machine)
7. Infinity Edge (Tryndamere's Favorite Item)
8. Force of Nature (Final Item, you can now run into a whole team and initate fights with all that movement speed.)

Laning Partners

The most effective laning ive had was with Soraka. Her heals and your heals allow you to stay in the lane, last hit and harras without worrying. Not only that but once you get spirit visage its basically GG since youre going to be one resilient tryndamere.
