Everyone loves using the hack n slash version a lot. His build was good, but I believe in variety. Look, this build and runes can work (although I'd take out the dodge runes), but I don't think you should be focusing on just movement speed and dodge. Looks like you'd have way too much att speed for a good portion of the game and not enough dmg. Also, you will have both diminishing returns on dodge and movement speed b/c thats what you're getting too much of. 58.75% -> 47.5% diminished from dodge and 515.775% -> 485.3% movement speed. When you pop Youmuu's you'll recieve another DR on movememnt speed. (And that's just for the total build, say you happened to reach all your desired items). There are no diminishing returns on att dmg obviously which you need more of I believe. I'm not saying you can't build like this, just don't use this build each and every game. I'd probably leave Youmuu's out unless you needed it. Also, not a huge fan of the ability level sequence.
