Death of Tank And Squishy
Start with going to red of your team.See the enemy team's jungler if you think that he will go for blue,then go steal their red while telling your top lane to ward your red.
After Your Red:
Go do Krugs-->Check for Ganking opportunity if not go for the water monster which moves in both sides of game(forgot name of monster,it is not dragon :p).DO NOT ENGAGE WRAITHS
-->Gromp-->Blue-->Water Monster-->Check for gank if not go shop.
After Enemy Team's Red:
Go do gromp of your jungle-->Blue-->The water monster which moves in both sides of game-->Wolves-->Red-->Krugs-->Check for gank,if not go shop.
After you have build the mid game set,go do dragon solely after buying a vampiric scepter or do it with partners.Go ganking and try to live while damaging enemies.
You must have 3 dragons till late game.
Techniques of Tryndamere
There are only two technique of Tryndamere.
You will have to master these technique.
1st OP OP Technique:"Healt Undead God"-
Many people who use tryndamere use r without using his "Q".
UNDYING RAGE gives you 50/75/100 fury instantly so you have to use "Q" and then instantly use "R" when in dangerous situations for going on extra safe sides.
It happens many times that you get a massive damage instantly and you couldn't use your r,So this technique helps you to get safe'd from that massive amount of damage.
If you can't master this technique,then remove one of the items from the full build and buy a Guardian Angel,if you have enemies near you after your death,use "R" instantly and then "W"the enemies and either kill the enemies in one shot or run away.Most of the enemies, if you are alone,will stand on last of the hitting range of their auto-attacks so this also helps you to be on the safe side.They can't come close to you because of your massive damage so to run away just 'W' the enemy and 'E' from there.
2nd Techniques(So obvious,and noob technique but still important.)-"Usain Bolt Of Game/Thug Life"-If you see the enemy squishy damager alone just go in alone if he/she is not having a cc champion USING "GHOST".
I Prefer that you gank after level 6 whenever your ghost comes off cooldown.
Some Tryndamere try to safe "GHOST" for running away but it is made for attacking and is highly compatible with Tryndamere And i think is made exclusively for Tryndamere.

+Super strong late game
+One of the best split pushers
+Very good sustain
+Easily clears jungle camps on low levels
+Capable of doing fast dragon/baron
+Great at 1v1
+Best Deceiver for Luring Enemies
-Relatively weak early game
-Weak pre level 6
-Can be kited
-Not so good with heavy cc(can be very useful in team fights)
-Once behind, hard to get back(Can get back by taking lane of top or clearing jungle like a mad man)
-Can be countered in lane with poke/cc
STATE OF MIND BEFORE PLAYING
Before Playing Tryndamere,Please have a state of mind of a mad man farming and killing.
This state of mind helps in winning the game easily.

I am Still a veteren and not an expert but Still watch my video for tryndamere.
I started the game 3 minutes late and my team's top laner was playing bad,still we won and i had the highest gold ratio.

If you are the top laner and didnt get statikk shiv, then build statikk shiv first and then berserker's greaves and then infinity edge.Sell statikk shiv after you have made all 6 items and need death dance for lifesteal
If you are jungler,no need to buy statikk shiv,instead buy deathdance instead.
