Greater Seal of Armor, Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
Armor and Magic Resistance will help you in early game.
Alternative Runes
Greater Quintessence of Vigor
Take them if you're constantly going back to base.
Greater Quintessence of Health
Good for early game survivability, is a very good alternative to HP regen.
Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed
If you use this one, you won't need Boots at the beggining.
Greater Mark of Attack Damage
These are good for higher damage at the very beginning of the game - before level 6.
NOTE!
If you are under 20 summoner level, don't buy runes - waste of money.
You can take also:
Eventually:
I wrote CC is your worst enemy.
Only when you jungle, but this build is not for Jungling.
DO NOT TAKE:
You got Bloodlust.
Take if you are tank.
Tryndamere don't have mana.
More Rage= More Critical Strike Chance
Skills:
Consume rage to heal yourself
Decreasing surrounding enemies' Attack Damage. If they are turned back, also slowing them.
Your private Flash!
ULTIMATE:
Keeps you at 1 HP for few seconds, also giving rage.
SKILL SEQUENCE:
On first level take Spinning Slash - No Bloodlust.
Why?
At this level, Bloodlust heals about 30-40 HP. If enemies focus on you, you will use Summoner Spell or die. With Spinning Slash you can easily escape. This is why I choose mobility instead of healing.
On 2 level take Bloodlust.
If you're doing well, you can take Mocking Shout on level 3. If you want more survivability, improve Bloodlust.
Max skills in this way:
> >
And, of course, take ulti if possible.

When you're nearly dead use Undying Rage. Ultimate will keep you at 1 HP for few seconds. In the end use Bloodlust to heal yourself with rage earned from your ulti.
Use Spinning Slash to go through walls.
If you are low HP, you can go to jungle. Earn some rage and use Bloodlust to change it into HP.
