This is my first build with Tryndamere and I would just like to go over my Rune selection, Masteries, Item purchases, and Skill Sequence. I would also like to go over my Summoner Spells. Hopefully I don't sound like a total noob when I make this. It will most likely end up being incredibly short and simple. But I hope most players get the idea of where I am coming from with my selections.

With Runes I went with:

Greater Mark of Malice x 9

Marks of Malice give a good chance to crit to go with your Seals of Furor.

Greater Glyph of Alacrity x 9

Give a good attack speed boost for quicker fury generation

Greater Seal of Furor x 9

Like the comment with the Marks, Seal of Furor gives a good Crit Damage bonus when you combine them with the Marks of Malice.

Greater Quintessence of Desolation x 3

Your Armor Pen. Quintessences add that extra Armor Pen. for heavier armored champs, which require you to have a little more penetration in order to score a kill such as Taric, Rene, and Cho'Gath for examples.

As far as Masteries go I went with your typical Tryndamere build. With 21 in Offense and 9 points in Uility. I took smite for that extra damage you get when you jungle in order to kill your buff minion.

As far as Items go I went with a Vampiric Scepter in the beginning to give you that Life Steal that keeps you in the Jungle/Fight just a little bit longer in the beginning of the game, Berserker's Greaves for the Attack Speed and Movement Speed, A Youmuu Ghostblade apart from it giving you a boost to your Attack Damage, Crit Chance and it's passive, Youmuu's also gives you a great movement speed boost for escapes or that extra attack speed you need to score that killing blow. I also went with an Infinity blade for the mid game increase to your Crit and Damage, this gives you that big Damage boost in order to start putting some serious damage into your opponents at this point in the item sequence you should be seeing a big difference in your damage at this point. I took a Cloak and Dagger for the Attack Speed and Crit Chance but most importantly for the +25 Tenacity you gain from it. End Game I went with both a Bloodthirster and a Black Cleaver.

As far as Skill Sequence goes you want to grab your Bloodlust first followed buy Spinning slash and then grab your mocking shout. I found if you dont grab atleast one mocking shout, you run the chance of enemies getting away with that one percent health in the very beginning of the game and taking mocking shout at lvl 3 eliminates this and also with the attack damage debuff it gives it takes away that earlier game damage that rips through a squishy Tryn or other squishy champs on your team. The best rule of thumb and Tryndamere knows after this point is level up your Bloodlust quick after lvl 3 while taking your ulti every chance you can. After that its a fairly obvious selection after you max out your bloodlust.

As far as Summoner Spells goes I went with Flash to add a second escape mechanize thats also provided by your spinning slashes. Also grab smite which helps you while jungling and grabing the minion buff.
