Welcome to my OP Crit Dmg Guide. When using tryndamere, you should make sure that you play defensive till you reach LV 6. Tryndamere is especially squishy during early game and with low crit chance to try to kill anyone. If you want to be able to hit 1ks+, I suggest you follow this build. With months of experience, I can see that Crit Trynd is the best way to carry ranked games. Tryndamere is sort of tank-ish, but is not someone that can be OP early game. He is best for helping ganks ( mainly in 3v3 ) and has a great way of escaping.

The reason I chose to use Crit Damage Runes is because it makes you the most powerful carry in every game. You will have around 300% Crit Damage ( Including Infinity Edge ) slaughtering noobs who get in your way. For people who intend to use Crit Chance runes, as it will only help you in early game. It is highly recommended that you only use Crit Chance runes if you were jungling.
Pros
- Insane Crit Damage
- Lower health, the more crit chance
- Great escaping ability
- Great farming technique
- Abilities good for staying on target
- "Late Game" Massive Crits dealing 1k+
- Undying Rage best way to finish off your opponent
Cons
- One of those characters that are difficult to play and master
- Has a very hard time dealing with tanks ( especially with thornmail )
- Hard to time when to use Undying Rage
- Very weak during early games, until you reach LV 6
- Most likely targeted early game
- Insane Crit Damage
- Lower health, the more crit chance
- Great escaping ability
- Great farming technique
- Abilities good for staying on target

Tryndamere's Critical Strike chance increases as he becomes more wounded.
Bloodlust
Tryndamere thrives on the thrills of combat. Whenever Tryndamere kills a unit or critically strikes, he temporarily gains increased attack damage and critical damage.
Passive: Whenever Tryndamere kills or critically strikes a unit, he gains 3 Attack Damage and 1.5/2.25/3/3.75/4.5% Critical Damage for 15 seconds (stackable 8 times). Killing a unit or critically striking while not Bloodlusted applies 2 stacks instead of 1.
Active: Tryndamere consumes his Bloodlusts, restoring 10/20/30/40/50 health per Bloodlust (+1.5).

Mocking Shout
Tryndamere lets out an insulting cry, decreasing surrounding champions' physical damage. Enemies with their backs turned to Tryndamere also have their movement speed slowed.
Decreases surrounding champions' physical damage by 20/40/60/80/100, and enemies with their backs turned also have their movement speed slowed by 30/37.5/45/52.5/60%.
Lasts 4 seconds.
