Yay, a Tryndamere build which looks like it isn't going to be complete ballz. In my opinion, Q should be taken from the start, but since you max it first by level 9, that doesn't matter very much.

Item build looks fine. Runes look fine. Masteries are fine.

I personally think Ghost works better with Tryndamere than Flash, as well as the occasional Cleanse being very useful, since Tryndamere's one and only role is to deal damage and kill. There's virtually nothing else that he can do and so Cleanse makes sure that he can tank through all CCs quickly. Mercury's Treads wouldn't be a bad replacement instead of Berserker's Greaves once you get Phantom Dancer.

No vote, because this guide is incomplete, but it's looking a lot better than most Tryndamere guides that I've seen.
