Here it is my creation, for describing it we should start reanalysing his skills and explaining why he works very well as a tank:

The passive: increases critical chances when you lose % of life, having a lot of hp means u have high crit chance when u still have also 1000 hp and so ur not dying.

Bloodlust: at lvl 5 it normally heals u for 400 hp, the thing that many doesn't know is that heals a total of 400 + 1.5 times AP, it means that with 200 AP (really few and easy to get) u heal 700hp more that anyone else champ.
Note: with ex:200 AP you can heal also when you have only 2 stacks and will always be an healing of 380hp

Mocking shout: principally used to slow fleeing enemy it is in truth a HUGE tank skill, in fact at lvl 5 this skill decreases the AD of all champs in range by 100 dmg!

Spinning slash: This will be the only way the tank AP trynd will farm gold (killing minions in late and witch camp) and kill enemies in late, this skills adds Entire AP to the damage + some of the AD

Undying Rage: The tank must survive the longer possible right? So explanation not needed for the use of this skill on tank Tryndamere :D


The items: Warmogh is extremely fast to farm with the spinning and extremely important to stay alive (1000+ Hp and high hp regen), then the boots of speed are important to chase and escape battle, mejai is a good item because being the starter it gets many stack from assist (often with spinning slash u can also get the last hit). Force of nature gives great hp regen a few magic res that is always good and an important thing: increases mov speed, as do the lichbane giving also some other AP and damage from the unique passive, in the end the spirit visage to greatly increase the huge regen and heal :D (an alternative is buying angel guardian but if u play well u'll die really few so angel guardian is a waste)

Summoner spells:
Heal: always good on a tank and extremely useful on trynda, is an another heal when ulti ends and u are with 1 hp :D

Cleanse: to stay alive u must not be stunned or slowed when ultimate is ending, so use it!


Note: Speed is extremely important on tryndamere tank because he must be very flexible, he must escape from all situations and he must chase enemies to slow them and let allies finish them, also when retreating is a good thing going into the enemy formation slowing them with mocking shout and going out with spinning and superior speed (to not get killed) to help allies survive


So have fun, i enjoy really much this build, also because enemies always say wtf? warmogh? mejai? trynda fail! and so on... just few seconds before getting owned ;-)
