Vayne is an AD carry with a focus on mid-lategame, and an extremely weak laning phase. If played properly, she has the potential to snowball teamfights and win almost any small skirmish past level-6. She is the only carry with 3 true steroids, and she is possibly the most mobility AD carry. This makes her hard to shut down, hard to hit with skillshots, and especially hard for enemy tanks to deal with.

Heal is debatable, but you should generally be running it because it brings such a powerful baiting tool alongside an overall strong defensive summoner.

Flash is just core on everyone these days.

His masteries are for typically ad carry.

You should focus on farming early game so you need this AD from runes.Standart Armor and Magic Resist they can keep you alive throght mid-late game.

Vayne's core items are Bloodthrister,Phantom Dancer and Last Whisper.If you take them you can crush everyone even their tank.You have good sustain by Bloodthrister so you it can keep you as much as possible in teamfights.

You need to max your Silver boots because of her burst damage with him.

Alistar,Soraka and Nunu.

Alistar : Hard CC champ he can stun the enemy AD carry or the enemy support and land him against a wall, whenever you can pin your opponent to the wall with your E. You will probably kill him/her. Also, Alistar got a heal which let you harass your opponent for free. He can cancel a gank from the enemy jungler with his headbutt, and when he gets his 6, he's difficult to kill. Good Alistar makes you win the lane easy, bad Alistar can make you lose the lane.


Soraka : Very good support which let you a free harass on your opponent, you won't have any mana problem and her heal gives you armor and her passive MR. Her only problem is that she can only silence your opponent. You can't be so aggressive with her but if you play safe you will never back.


Nunu : Why Nunu Why ? Because of his W, you get a free zeal letting you proc your W more often and it's AWESOME early game, plus you have an improved movement speed, you can dodge skillshot easily and if you are ganked you can run away simply. Your harass will make your enemy sick and the lane will be easy to hold. His E can slow the enemy carry and SLOWING his attack speed, which is a huge deal. If your enemy is near a wall ask Nunu to E him and W you, pin him to the wall and kill him. His R deals good damage even with a support stuff. His only problem is you don't have any heal, but he can heal himself, let him a creep if he's low hp.
