In this build, it is highly important that you stun when some one gets in range of turrets, the goal is to make some one greedy, not to be greedy. This build is very capable of rushing, but requires patience first, try to get at least 2 kills before starting to rush, or try to get the very first kill by waiting for some one to be attacked then running directly next to the attacker and placing a turret next to them, next use exhaust only as a way of stopping a target from hitting you. for example if a trynd rushes you, you know he is going to use endless. Well, if he gets down enough health save your stun till he hits endless and stun him. wait a second then use your exhaust, and you have a 100% chance for him to miss. so feel free to sit and type "LoL FAIL!!!!" lols. Another thing is that you can not be afraid to use your ulti on one champion. sometimes the difference in that 1 kill is the difference in an O.P. Heimerdinger and a Heimerdinger that gets ganked all the time. For champions like morgana and annie, you have to keep your distance, and use hextech rockets to get them to waste their cooldowns. once you have suceeded at this, quickly stun and place a rocket in front of you then run backwards and watch as they get greedy, if they dont get greedy, then chances are you might have to keep harassing or wait for a gank. This type of heimer is almost impossible to kill alone once you get your ring. which the active ability on it is another great way to let some one rush you next to your turrets. you can use the active ability like kayle's invulnerability move. The only difference is that it only last 2 seconds, and that you cant cast or move, but when you have 3 good turrets surrounding you, why need to move, simply throw up your ulti, and hit your ring, then if they are lucky enough to live, after effects of ring wear off, throw a concussion gernade on top of yourself to stun any potential threat, and some rockets for that finishing touch. I am not pro at this game and hardly lose as heimer, and when i do i am playing with real life friends and messing around. when i am serious though, i hardly lose with this spec. it is great for 5v5 and AMAZING in 3v3. never thought heimer could carry, but man get 3 turrets up with this build and its GG No Re! lols
